Cesar Hernandez is a Mexican American actor from Bakersfield, CA. During his childhood, his mother was a devoted fan of telenovelas which sparked the fire inside Cesar. He found it fascinating that people were consumed by the imaginary characters on screen. With such strong determination and drive, it is very obvious that he is extremely passionate about his craft.
